بَابُ : بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِالرُّطَبِ
النص العربي
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ , عَنْ يَحْيَى , عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ , عَنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُمْ , قَالُوا : "
رَخَّصَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي بَيْعِ الْعَرَايَا بِخَرْصِهَا
" .
