بَابُ : ذِكْرِ الاِخْتِلاَفِ عَلَى أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ : أَنْبَأَنَا حِبَّانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ طَاوُسًا ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : "
لَا تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى فَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ رُقْبَى فَهُوَ سَبِيلُ الْمِيرَاثِ
" .
