بَابُ : الرُّخْصَةِ فِي نِكَاحِ الْمُحْرِمِ

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ أَخْبَرَهُ ، "
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ
