بَابُ : الرُّخْصَةِ فِي النِّكَاحِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ
النص العربي
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ , عَنْ عَمْرٍو وَهُوَ ابْنُ دِينَارٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : "
تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ
" .
