Chapter 18

(18) Chapter. If somebody bites a man and has his one tooth broken.

18- بَابُ إِذَا عَضَّ رَجُلاً فَوَقَعَتْ ثَنَايَاهُ:

English narration

Narrated by يعلى بن منية التميمي

I went out in one of the Ghazwa and a man bit another man and as a result, an incisor tooth of the former was pulled out. The Prophet (ﷺ) cancelled the case.

النص العربي

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَعْلَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : خَرَجْتُ فِي غَزْوَةٍ ، "

فَعَضَّ رَجُلٌ ، فَانْتَزَعَ ثَنِيَّتَهُ ، فَأَبْطَلَهَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

" .
