كِتَاب الِاسْتِئْذَانِ
Chapter 49
(49) Chapter. Fire (lanterns, etc.) should not be kept lit in the house at bedtime.
49- بَابُ لاَ تُتْرَكُ النَّارُ فِي الْبَيْتِ عِنْدَ النَّوْمِ:
English narration
Narrated by عبد الله بن عمر العدوي
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not keep the fire burning in your houses when you go to bed."
النص العربي
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : "
لَا تَتْرُكُوا النَّارَ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ حِينَ تَنَامُونَ
" .
