Abu Dawud · 838إِذَا سَجَدَ وَضَعَ رُكْبَتَيْهِ قَبْلَ يَدَيْهِ ، وَإِذَا نَهَضَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ قَبْلَ رُكْبَتَيْهِNarrated Wail ibn Hujr: I saw that the Prophet ﷺ placed his knees (on the ground) before placing his hands when he prostrated himself.
