Abu Dawud · 3832أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِتَمْرٍ عَتِيقٍ ، فَجَعَلَ يُفَتِّشُهُ يُخْرِجُ السُّوسَ مِنْهُNarrated Anas ibn Malik: When the Prophet ﷺ was brought some old dates, he began to examine them and remove the worms from them.5 narratorsAbu Dawud · 3833حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ إِسْحَاق بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُؤْتَى بِالتَّمْرِ فِيهِ دُودٌ ، فَذَكَرَNarrated Abdullah ibn Abu Talhah: The Prophet ﷺ was brought some dates which contained worms. He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect as the previous (No 3823).3 narrators
