باب إِذَا عَلِمَ الْحَاكِمُ صِدْقَ الشَّاهِدِ الْوَاحِدِ يَجُوزُ لَهُ أَنْ يَحْكُمَ بِهِ

Chapter: If the judge knows that the testimony of one person is true, is it permissible for him to pass judgment on the basis of that.
