Abu Dawud · 3209غَسَّلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلِيٌّ ،وَالْفَضْلُ ، وَأُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، وَهُمْ أَدْخَلُوهُ قَبْرَهُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُرَحَّبٌ ، أَوِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُرَحَّبٍ ، أَنَّهُمْ أَدْخَلُوا Narrated Amir: Ali, Fadl and Usamah ibn Zayd washed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and they put him in his grave. Marhab or Ibn Abu Marhab told me that they also made Abdur Rahman ibn Awf join them.
