Abu Dawud · 161أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَمْسَحُ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِNarrated Al-Mughirah ibn Shubah: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ wiped over the socks. Another version adds: "On the back (upper part) of the socks.
