Abu Dawud · 55أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ ، يَشُوصُ فَاهُ بِالسِّوَاكِNarrated Hudhaifah: When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ got up during the night (to pray), he cleansed his mouth with the tooth-stick.6 narratorsAbu Dawud · 56أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُوضَعُ لَهُ وَضُوءُهُ وَسِوَاكُهُ ، فَإِذَا قَامَ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ تَخَلَّى ثُمَّ اسْتَاكَNarrated Aishah, Ummul Muminin: Ablution water and tooth-stick were placed by the side of the Prophet ﷺ.
